Registration Fee

Regular registration fee is $200.00 per person.   This fee includes all breaks, two breakfasts, one lunch, and one dinner, as well as a conference packet. A late registration fee of $25.00 should be added for applications received after March 20th. There are special rates for full time students (please see schedule below and in registration form).

The conference registration fees are as follows:

  • Early Bird registration (if received by February 29th, 2008)

    For full-time students (copy of ID required); includes meals, breaks and registration packet

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made only upon receipt of a written request by March 19, 2008.  All refunds will be assessed a $5.00 processing fee.  There will be no refund for cancellations after that date.  Please send refund requests to:

The conference will be held at the Stoney Creek Inn, 2601 S. Providence Rd, Columbia, Missouri 65203. (Phone: 573-442-6400).  Travel information to the venue will be posted at www.cambiodecolores.org or by calling Jamie Davis at (573) 882-2301.  On-site registration begins at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 7, 2008.  Additional information on Columbia can be found at:  www.visitcolumbiamo.com.

Parking: Parking is complimentary at the Hotel.

Hotel Accommodations

Every person is responsible for making his/her own lodging arrangements.  A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference hotel, Stoney Creek Inn, at the special rate of $72.00 (plus applicable state and local taxes).  This block will be held until March 17, 2008; after this date, it will be released. When making your reservations, please mention that you are with the “Cambio de Colores” or “Change of Colors” conference. Individuals may make reservations by calling 573-442-6414.
