Registration can be made securely On-line (credit-card or purchase order only), by mail, by fax or by telephone.

Registration Fee

Regular registration fee is $200.00 per person. This fee includes all breaks, one lunch, and one dinner, as well as a conference packet. A late registration fee of $25.00 should be added for applications received after April 30th. There are special rates for full time students (please see schedule below and in registration form).

The conference registration fees are as follows:

Early Bird registration (if received by April 13th, 2009) Includes meals, breaks and registration packet	$175

Student rate For full-time students (copy of ID required); includes meals, breaks and registration packet	$110
One day student rate For full-time students (copy of ID required); conference packet, no meals	$40
Late Registration fee Please add this amount if registered after April 30th, 2009	$25

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made only upon receipt of a written request by April 30, 2009. All refunds will be assessed a $5.00 processing fee. There will be no refund for cancellations after that date.

Hotel Accommodations

Every conference participant is responsible for making his/her own lodging arrangements. A block of rooms has been reserved at the St. Louis Union Station Marriott Hotel, at the special rate of $129.00 (plus applicable state and local taxes). The rate includes breakfast.

NEW DEADLINE: All reservations must be made by Friday, April 24, 2009 at 12 Midnight. In order to receive the preferred rates, individuals with telephone requests must identify themselves with Cambio de Colores (Change of Colors) Room Block. Individuals need to call (800) 410-9914. Rates cannot be changed upon check-in or at checkout times for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested. .

Location

The conference will be held at the Millennium Student Center at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, in St. Louis, Missouri.

The Millennium Student Center is located 3 miles east of Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, and 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis. The venue is within walking distance of the MetroLink Light Rail UMSL North station, that connects to Union Station downtown and the airport.
