Cambio de Colores is a multistate conference about integration of immigrants in new destinations in the Midwest. It is a professional development opportunity that engages practitioners, researchers, and those working with immigrant communities in sharing experiences and knowledge that facilitate the integration of immigrants in new settlement areas. |
Cambio de Colores: 16th Annual Conference
The 16th annual conference took place in St. Louis on June 14, 15 and 16th, 2017.
PLUS! Extended Education Track on Language, Literacy and Culture on June 16-17.

August 2016: Formation of Planning Committee and subgroups
October 2016: The Cambio de Colores: 16th Annual Conference website went live
December 2016: Circulation of the Call for Presentations
February 6, 2017: Presentation proposals due at midnight
February 28, 2017: Poster and Lightning Round submissions due at midnight
March 8, 2017: Notification of accepted abstracts
April 5, 2017: Author/presenter registration deadline
April 17, 2017: Last day for Early Bird Registration rates
June 4, 2017: Last day for regular registration rates
June 14-16, 2017: Sixteenth Cambio de Colores Conference
August 19, 2017: Deadline for submission of papers for publication in 2017 Proceedings
