Registration Fee

Regular registration fee is $200.00 per person.   This fee includes all breaks, one lunch, and one dinner, as well as a conference packet. A late registration fee of $25.00 should be added for applications received after May 17th. There are special rates for full time students (please see schedule below).

NEW! The book of Proceedings 2009 and the book of Abstracts 2006-08 will be distributed at no charge to all registered participants!

    Please add this amount if registered after May 17th, 2010

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made only upon receipt of a written request by May 7th, 2010.  All refunds will be assessed a $5.00 processing fee.  There will be no refund for cancellations after that date.

Hotel Accommodations

Location

The conference will be held at the Stoney Creek Inn, 2601 S. Providence Rd, Columbia, Missouri 65203. (Phone: 573-442-6400).  Travel information to the venue will be posted at www.cambiodecolores.org.  Additional information on Columbia can be found at:  www.visitcolumbiamo.com.

The conference sessions start at 1 PM on Monday, May 24th, and adjourn at Wednesday May 26th, at Noon.

Parking: Parking is complimentary at the Hotel.

Every person is responsible for making his/her own lodging arrangements.  A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference hotel, Stoney Creek Inn, at the special rate of $80.00 per day (plus applicable state and local taxes).

This block will be held until April 23, 2010After this date, it will be released and regular room rates will apply. When making your reservations, please mention that you are with the “Cambio de Colores” or “Change of Colors” conference. Individuals may make reservations by calling 573-442-6400 or toll-free 800-659-2220.
