Registration

Onsite registration

The conference will welcome participants that could not preregister. Onsite registration will be open through Friday June 15th morning.

Online registration

Online registration is open through Tuesday June 12th, 4 PM! Online payments can be made with credit card, purchase order, and State of Missouri MoCode.

Register now: A late fee will be applied after June 4th.

Onsite registration will also be available, and is subject to the Late Registration fee.

Registration Fee

Regular registration fee is $200.00 per person. This fee includes all breaks, one lunch, and one dinner, as well as a conference packet. A late registration fee of $25.00 should be added for applications received after June 1st. There are special rates for full time students (please see schedule below).

The conference registration fees are as follows:

Early Bird registration (register by Monday, May 14, 2012) Includes meals, breaks and registration packet	$175
Regular registration Includes meals, breaks and registration packet	$200
Student rate For full-time students (copy of ID required); includes meals, breaks and registration packet	$110
Late Registration fee Please add this amount if registered June 4th, 2012 or later	$25

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made only upon receipt of a written request by May 25th, 2012. All refunds will be assessed a $5.00 processing fee. There will be no refund for cancellations after that date.

Hotel Accommodations

Location

Columbia, Missouri, is at the center of the state that is at the historical center of the country, home of the University of Missouri, established in 1839 as the first higher education institution west of the Mississippi. Hot to get to Columbia?

The conference sessions start at 1 PM on Wednesday, June 13, and adjourn at noon on Friday, June 15.

Parking: Parking is complimentary at the Hotel.

Every person is responsible for making his/her own lodging arrangements. Rooms have been reserved for conference participants at the Stoney Creek Inn in Columbia. The Special conference rate is $85/night if reserved by ~~Saturday, May 12th~~ Monday May 14th, 2012 (subject to availability and applicable state and local taxes). This block will be held until May 12, 2012. After this date, it will be released and regular room rates will apply. When making your reservations, please mention that you are with the “Cambio de Colores” or “Change of Colors” conference.
