Registration

Please register onsite at the conference registration desk starting Wednesday, June 8th at 10:00am.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), cash and checks onsite.

Pre-registration is now closed. Please visit us on-site at the conference to register.

Registration Fee

Regular registration fee is $200.00 per person. This fee includes all breaks, one lunch, and one dinner, as well as a conference packet. A late registration fee of $25.00 should be added for applications received after June 1st. There are special rates for full time students (please see schedule below).

The conference registration fees are as follows:

Student rate For full-time students (copy of ID required); includes meals, breaks and registration packet	$110

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made only upon receipt of a written request by May 22nd, 2011. All refunds will be assessed a $5.00 processing fee. There will be no refund for cancellations after that date.

Location

The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Kansas City SE-Waterpark in Kansas City, located at 9103 East 39th Street, Kansas City, MO 64133 (Phone: 816-737-0200). Travel directions to the venue available here. Additional information on Kansas City can be found at: www.visitkc.com

The conference sessions start at 1 PM on Wednesday, June 8th, and adjourn at Friday, June 10th, at Noon.

Parking: Parking is complimentary at the Hotel.

Special conference rate: $89 if reserved by Sunday, May 8th, 2011 (Subject to Availability)

Every person is responsible for making his/her own lodging arrangements. Rooms have been reserved for conference participants and their guests at the Holiday Inn Kansas City SE-Waterpark in Kansas City, Missouri at a rate of $89 per night (plus applicable state and local taxes.)

This block will be held until May 8th, 2011. After this date, it will be released and regular room rates will apply.
